HMT, led by partner Andrew Thomson, advised Ground Control Limited, an award-winning commercial landscaping business based in Essex, on its recent acquisition of the Landscaping and Arboriculture divisions of UPM Tilhill Limited.
The Landscaping and Arboricultural divisions of UPM Tillhill are highly accredited commercial landscaping businesses with a large national presence in the UK, generating turnover of £26 million across construction, rail, electricity networks, education, health, retail and commercial sectors.
