HMT were delighted to advise SpiriTel plc, a leading integrated business communications service provider, on its acquisition of Edge Solutions Limited.
Edge is a London based leading provider of network services to almost 200 corporate customers including a number of blue chip financial institutions.
The acquisition, SpiriTel’s seventh in three years, is in line with its strategy of both acquisitive and organic growth, and is expected to be immediately earnings enhancing. The acquisition of Edge provides significant cross selling opportunities for SpiriTel, as well as providing operational cost savings.
