Acquisition by Top Ten Bingo plc of eight bingo clubs and four amusement arcades from the Mason Organisation Limited for £5.8 million.

op Ten Holdings plc (“TTH”), an AIM listed company, and third largest operator of bingo clubs in the UK, has acquired eight bingo clubs and four amusement arcades from The Mason Organisation Limited (“Masons”) for £5.8 million.

This acquisition has increased TTH’s portfolio of bingo clubs to twenty four, which are based throughout England and Wales.

Led by partner Andrew Thomson, HMT acted as lead advisers to TTH including assistance in the fund raising and financial due diligence.
