Acquisition of Maven Management Limited

HMT acted as reporting accountants for the acquisition of Maven Management Limited by Munro Global Limited.

Maven was established in 1991 as an independent full service market research agency, specialising in measuring customer and employee satisfaction. Customers are largely blue chip companies operating in various industries such as automotive, retail and business services.

Munro is the holding company of FDS International Limited a market research company established in 1972 that provides the same independent scope of service offerings as Maven but with a differing blue chip client base.
