Disposal of Grace Personnel Ltd

HMT LLP advised Nicola Dandridge, shareholder of Grace Personnel Ltd, on the sale to its current management team, backed by Percipient Capital.

Grace was established by Nicola in 1999 and has grown to become a leading provider of recruitment services to a strong portfolio of customers in the vicinity of Maidenhead, principally operating in the support personnel segment. HMT advised Nicola in sourcing of offers, negotiation and managing the deal through to completion.

Two deals completed by HMT in the week before Easter

The disposal of Grace is the second deal completed by HMT in the week before Easter. Project Ambrosia is confidential.

Project Ambrosia is a shareholder reorganisation for a regulatory software company operating in the food and drink industry. HMT advised the business and shareholders.

We have already completed 8 deals since January 2016 and in receiving 8 nominations at the Thames Valley Deal Awards, we have enjoyed a productive start to 2016. The coming months are as likely to be as successful for HMT with a strong pipeline including several deals due to complete in April.
