Luke studied Maths, Physics and Economics at Henley College before going on to obtain his BSc in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol, graduating in 2021. While at University, he was an active member of the Bristol Investment Society and Bristol Investment Fund.

Luke started his corporate finance career at Benchmark International, where he spent three and a half years working in their sell-side M&A Advisory team. Luke then left Benchmark to join a fintech firm as a solutions consultant before finding his way back to corporate finance.

Luke joined HMT in November 2025 as a Manager in our Corporate Finance team and is based in our Henley office.

Downtime

Luke currently lives in Reading with his partner and their three sugar gliders – Bonnie, Glide and Pixel.

When not at work, Luke enjoys being outside running, swimming and cycling, regularly testing his limits competing in Half Marathons, Marathons and Olympic Distance Triathlons with plans to complete an ironman one day.
