Acquisition of MCN Associates by FMP Global
HMT LLP undertook financial due diligence for Tenzing Private Equity’s portfolio company FMP Global on their acquisition of international HR consultancy firm MCN Associates.
FMP Global is a leading provider of international and domestic payroll management services to international and UK headquartered SMEs utilising an extensive network throughout 135 countries. The company also provides a wide range of complementary services, including company set up, international payment facilitation and HR and payroll software.
MCN provides specialist HR consultancy services to US businesses expanding overseas. This strategic acquisition will allow the FMP Group to offer unlimited access to International HR specialists and the MCN Unite SaaS portal on an ‘all Inclusive’ basis and for a single monthly fee.
Tenzing first backed FMP in 2016 and supported the acquisition of MCN.
HMT undertook financial due diligence on this transaction.
