Senseco Acquire Power Plus
HMT LLP advised Senseco Systems on their acquisition of the much respected, quality fire systems and electrical contractor Power Plus.
Senseco is the UK’s-industry leading, independent Carbon Neutral Life Safety Systems specialist. Renowned for their expertise in the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire, sprinklers, suppression, voice, passive, security, and monitoring systems; along with an unrivalled level of expertise, technical competence and above all excellent customer service for the clients across the UK.
Power Plus, a leading specialist in the North, provide a wide range of electrical and fire solutions for several high-profile clients / sites such as Leeds United’s famous Elland Road Stadium and Woodsmith mines to name a few. They are BAFE Certified, a Gent 24 Approved Systems integrator and the electrical contracting division is NIC EIC approved with a team of highly skilled electricians.
This acquisition means the Senseco can continue to grow their national coverage and build on the success that Power Plus has established in the North.
