Cluttons complete management buyout backed by TREUN Capital Partners
HMT LLP advised TREUN Capital on their investment in the MBO of the strategic property consultancy, Cluttons, which will support the firms’ ability to maximise the potential of its residential, connectivity, workplace, and sustainability expertise.
Cluttons, a property consultancy firm with a property strategy that focuses on the bigger picture for their clients, assigning a team of experts to each client, with specialist advice at every stage of the property lifecycle. Cluttons employs over 220 people across offices in the UK, providing commercial and residential property services, including property management, valuation, corporate occupier services, estate agency and consultancy.
