Justin obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, specialising in Finance and Economics from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He has passed Level 1 of the CFA Program. 

Justin’s experience includes working at Flagstaff Partners, an elite M&A boutique in Australia, before relocating to the UK where he worked with VSA Capital and Singer Capital Markets advising on fundraising and M&A for small-mid market companies, with a primary focus on the Energy and ESG sectors. 

Justin joined HMT’s Corporate Finance team in May 2025. 

Downtime   

Justin lives near Henley with his wife Victoria and their daughter Sophia. 

Away from work, Justin closely follows rugby and Australian football as well as playing golf, padel and village cricket. Justin was also an instrumental part of the committee who saved his local village pub from permanent closure.
