Broadfield invests in Emtec

HMT advised Broadfield Capital Partner on their investment in heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions provider Emtec Climate Solutions.

Founded in 2015, Emtec has developed a strong reputation for pairing strong technical capability and high levels of customer service. The business specialises in delivering service and maintenance of air conditioning, chillers, refrigeration and ventilation in critical infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, data centres and public buildings.

Broadfield Capital’s investment will support Emtec to drive growth both organically and via a buy-and-build strategy to broaden its service offering to existing customers and expand across the UK. This partnership builds on Emtec’s success and positions the firm strongly for the next phase of growth.

The HMT team undertook financial due diligence on this transaction.
