HMT LLP advised the shareholders of Centric Systems on the disposal of the business to Equity Networks.
Based in Cookham Dean, Berkshire, Centric is a highly acclaimed business technology and IT services company. Founded in 2004 by Abbos Azad, Centric has clients based in London and the Home Counties as well as internationally.
Equity Networks, a leading UK Managed Communications Service provider based in Uxbridge, acquired Centric for an undisclosed sum. Abbos has been appointed as Managing Director and will continue the expansion of the businesses.
