HMT LLP advised on the management buy-out of UK’s leading identity management consultant Oxford Computer Group Ltd.
Oxford Computer Group deliver comprehensive solutions to a variety of identity, mobile device management, cloud transformation and information protection challenges. Their services includes design and development of innovative IT products, consultancy, implementation and support. Oxford Computer Group work with a wide variety of small, medium and large organisations in both the private and public sector.
Oxford Computer Group is a Microsoft Gold Partner and has recently been awarded “Microsoft Partner of the Year”.
The MBO enabled the UK management team to run and own the business.
HMT provided corporate finance advice to Oxford Computer group on this transaction and provided tax advice on a prior group restructuring and the MBO.
