HMT advised Mr Brian Johnston and the other shareholders of Heathrow Limited on its sale to HR Owen plc for £4.6 million.
HMT acted as lead advisers in the transaction which included detailed negotiations with HR Owen plc.
Heathrow Limited was acquired by Mr Johnston in 1994 and Andrew Thomson also advised Mr Johnston in the original acquisition. Since the management buyout, HMT were retained as auditors and tax advisers to Heathrow Limited.
