HMT LLP advised YFM Equity Partners on their £3 million investment in DynaRisk, a cyber intelligence SaaS company helping insurers protect their consumer and SME policyholders from digital threats.
Through a combination of threat intelligence, real-time monitoring and multilingual 24/7 support, DynaRisk empowers insurers to deliver more value to their customers—while improving underwriting, increasing engagement and reducing loss ratios. Its core product suite includes vulnerability scanning, dark web monitoring, cyber hygiene scoring, and tailored incident response.
Founded in 2016 by cybersecurity specialist Andrew Martin, DynaRisk is now supporting over 25 insurance clients globally—including Hiscox, Chubb, Beazley and Gallagher—and covers around 2.4 million consumers and 800,000 SMEs across EMEA, North America and APAC.
YFM Equity Partners identified DynaRisk as a market-leading player in the fast-growing cyber insurance space.
