HMT welcomes Justin McKeegan as Director

HMT is delighted to announce that Justin McKeegan has joined our corporate finance team as a Director.

Justin obtained his Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Finance and Economics from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and has passed Level I of the CFA Program.

Justin started his corporate finance career at an elite M&A boutique in Australia before relocating to the UK to work at VSA Capital and Singer Capital Markets in London.

During his career, Justin has advised on fundraisings and M&A for small-to-mid-market companies across a wide range of sectors, with a key focus on Energy and ESG.

Justin will continue to build on HMT’s successful track record in providing Fundraising Advisory services to raise private capital for ambitious growth companies, especially for sustainable businesses.
