HMT LLP advised specialist independent recruitment firm Outsource UK on their acquisition of RZ Group
Headquartered in Swindon with offices in Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham and London, Outsource UK is one of the largest independent recruitment companies in the UK, supplying highly-skilled technology, change and engineering talent to clients within a range of specialist sectors such as engineering, financial services, public sector, defence and logistics.
Founded in 1998 and based in Edinburgh and Bolton, RZ Group provides recruitment solutions to businesses operating in the financial services, technology, oil and gas and engineering sectors.
The acquisition of RZ Group will enable Outsource UK to expand their geographic coverage in the UK as well as developing their client base and accelerating growth.
HMT undertook financial due diligence for Outsource UK on this transaction.
