HMT is delighted to announce the official opening of its London office, located near Bank station.
As leading advisers to entrepreneurial businesses in the South, HMT has been advising businesses in the Thames Valley and the London area for over 20 years. Opening an office in the capital city will increase HMT’s presence in the London market and assist in continuing to attract both quality clients and people.
The past few years have been prolific for HMT. The corporate finance team has completed 37 deals since January 2014 worth several hundred million, advising on significant deals both in the Thames Valley and London. HMT’s audit, tax and advisory practice continues to go from strength to strength, providing audit, tax and outsourcing services to a quality client base of ambitious entrepreneurial businesses.
The last 12 months has seen impressive growth with the team in the newly refurbished and expanded Henley-on-Thames office more than doubling in size. The appointment of Paul Read as a Transaction Support Partner earlier this year, and the building of a Debt Advisory offering, is further testament to the success and reputation of HMT in the South of England.
